So Many Stuffs!!!

After i watched the show All About Eve at Channel 7, i decided to arrange my stuffs (papers, envelopes and other messy things in my room). I didn't notice that there are so many stuffs in my room that I need to arrange and fix. I separate the used papers into unused papers as well as the things that I've used at school... While I'm doing this crazy arrangements, it makes me dizzy hehehe (laugh out loud). Then i finished doing arranging my things. Afterwards, I go to my computer and have an internet surfing just to relax myself...

Chef Pablo Logro at QTV 11

Chef Pablo wears the uniform from his own school, CLICKS
(Chef Logro's Institute of Culinary and Kitchen Services, Inc.)

Chef Pablo shows the presentation that can go a long way

It wasn’t an easy road to becoming a master for Chef Pablo “Boy” Logro. A son of a poor fisherman from the province, Chef Boy first got his taste of the restaurant business at the age of 13 when he worked as a houseboy in a Chinese restaurant in Quiapo. Though his responsibilities were only limited to cleaning his master’s three-floor house, Chef Boy would oftentimes run down to the kitchen and help the chef prepare the food. The years that followed led him to Makati, Batangas and to Oman, where he diversified his culinary exposure. He went back to Manila and became Sous Chef and eventually Head Chef at Diamond Hotel. And like most chefs who long to give back, he put up his own school called CHEF LOGRO'S INSTITURE OF CULINARY AND KITCHEN SERVICES, INC. (CLICKS) in Cavite where he has cemented his status as a culinary master. SPOT contributor Sarge Manangan managed to hold down Chef Boy for a short interview during his shoot for QTV Channel 11's show, SECRETS OF THE MASTERS.

You can visit his site at www.cheflogro.com for some inquiries and all about Chef Pablo "Boy" Logro's life and experiences in the Hospitality Industry and to his own school.
